Description
As I have been keeping a watch on a pair of nesting Eastern Bluebirds recently. In the quieter moments when they are away, or in the nest. I have plenty of time to watch all the other birds, who make the roadside meadow their home. This Goldfinch was one of fourteen I counted this day, flitting about the meadow feeding. This one, stopped by close to hang on in the gusty winds of the day.
